He looked quality in the Championship, but so did Vestergaard.

I just hate his attitude, and how he constantly throws his hands up even when he is at fault.

Always got the impression that he thinks he is much better than he actually is.

Get him gone.

CB's are the positions we need to do most work in over the Summer, with Coady, Verstergaard and Faes hopefully OUT.

Feel like we need some big ugly CBs in the champ, not a walking advert for a shampoo and skin lotion company.

Id go with Vesty, Souttar, Nelson and okoli. Get shot of Coady and Faes and we’d save a lot on wages..

I’d like to keep Nelson, Okoli, Souttar

The rest can do one

We might get decent money for Okoli though, which given our position, we couldn’t turn down. He’s probably worth more than any of the others.

We most certainly do need some physicality in the team. We're are too soft all over the pitch and worse still is we have no minders in hte team.

That lad Darling looks a very good prospect and scores goals would be a good start if we can get him. Playing alongside Nelson might be a good start.

Okoli is probably going. I'd get rid of the other two also if I could and start over with fresh faces with something to prove.

Rohl in and a back three of Okoli/Nelson/Souttar either side of Coady is a very good championship defences, get Mepham in on a free as cover if Sunderland don’t and then focus on the midfield and mostly up front

What’s his book value, and what are we gonna get for him?

3 copies of Pride and Prejudice is what I heard.

What is the obsession with Okoli? Yes he shows passion and desire and he is the best of a bad bunch at the minute, but he doesn't particularly stand out and I can't see him improving. Our backline needs a complete refresh which includes Souttar and Nelson.

Faes strolled around yesterday like he owned the joint but missed the simplest of headers which they should have scored from.

I don't think he's a centre half - He just doesn't know how to defend.

If people / clubs are still being taken in by this charlatan the £10m would be an absolute steal

The guy is a CB who seems to struggle to head the ball!!

Sooner this lump of moaning lard is off our books, the better. Take Vesty as a buy one get one free deal.

Youth and potential

Have you got any examples of this potential? All that I have seen this season is misplaced passes that have led to opposition chances. He made so many errors in that first half at Brighton, but he scored a header and showed some fight in his celebration, so that is okay. As I said above, best of a bad bunch.

Edit; not to forget that cameo at Goodison Park 😂

He's 23 in his first season in a foreign country and has been in and out of the side, playing in a position where errors are fairly obvious.

That's the thing with potential.  It requires patience.  I'm not saying he has had a great season, his was the wrong signing (again) as we needed a ready made centre back,  not a kid, but he was highly rated, tipped for the Italian team and represented them through the age groups.  At 23, he is nowhere near his ceiling.  I would expect him to improve and his value to increase.  It would be myopic to sell him now unless we got a really good offer.
