Another ITK on ignore. To be fair I think all the links to Sheff Weds assistant and a player point to us being after Rohl all along. I think it was just Chinese whispers gone wrong. Another ITK on ignore. never claimed to be in the know but feel free to ignore me. If we aren’t appointing Martin then I’d highly doubt we sign the player suggested to me. Re the grapevine being wrong, I trust that what I was told at the time was correct considering where it came from but that’s obviously changed suddenly. 1

See I don’t think it was Chinese whispers gone wrong, unless it was deliberate misinformation that Martin used to get more money out of Rangers.

Especially at Championship level he seems to know what he's doing. He shouldn't be named alongside the likes of Rooney. He's a better manager than Van Nistelrooy as well. 3

No doubt he would have improved us as a club but I just couldn't watch another season of Enzoball on steroids. It's about time we break away from this obsession with being Man City's B team and actually play the way that built the foundation for our success, high pressing, counter attacking, fast paced football. I watch football to be entertained, long term results obviously matter, but I'd much rather win and be entertained than be bored to sleep and pick up 3 points. 10
