I've not renewed for various reasons, but I'll always find something to do, too many hobbies. With the recent Sky EFL deal pretty much every other game will be broadcast, so I won't miss much. I might consider coming back to the fold after a break, if something is ever done about the state of the club.

Completely fed up and seriously considering non league.

Don't really know where to start though.

Are you local to Leicestershire or further afield? Been involved in non-league for a few years now so happy to offer some tips/background if you’re interested, can drop me a DM

Mountain biking for me, 17 years a season ticket holder but can't do it anymore just not enjoyable. So will take the time to go and do something I enjoy. Treated myself to a new bike which I will pay for using the DD payment I used to pay KPFC.

Like many I have checked out too

For my football fix I will be going to Brackley Town games as I started going in 2020 and really enjoy the 3pm KOs (+ it's 10 mins from home too).

I've enjoyed 4 full seasons now and I can honestly say that they're my preferred team now.

Personally I cannot see the old style of football coming back to the big clubs, I think it is very much robotic now with sanitised crowds so it feels good to have checked out properly after keeping my season ticket on when I should have ditched it 5 years ago.

I went to 5 games last season and each trip back was a chore.  Weirdly I saw 3 wins but I didn't have any feelings so I felt like a neutral at best.

I'm sure there will be moments of joy for those that go to Leicester, but I could not bring myself to donating any more funds to millionaires masquerading as footballers!

The thing I don’t get is that tourist and day tripper types, that PL clubs are increasingly geared towards, will surely dislike tippy tappy robotic football.

I know what you mean, but I'm not so sure they turn up to really watch the football

My wife's big boss spent over £1000 per ticket on Spurs tickets in Spain last week, and he lives in Chester!

I actually don't think he really cares about the actual football, it just becomes a badge of honour, maybe collecting the experience or in some way towards being a bragging right that he went and spent ridiculous money on tickets maybe.

Last time I looked Chester have a perfectly good team to support but I guess he's never been (I don't know if he has and actually don't care tbh)

Just not sure what floats the boat of the tourist style fan

I think you can care still, just not to the point it effects your life or mental health.

As I get older I've found the best thing is to let it go a little.

Spot on, I have applied this mentality since the Wolves match this season, I will always care and check in on scores etc, but no longer to the point of being too pissed off, if RM does get appointed I'll probably drift a bit further from it, this seasons shit show combined with a potential RM appointment has told me all I need to know whilst we have the current decision makers at the club.

It's a good call not to let external influences affect us like a football club and it's performances

I used to get really fed up after a bad week of FPL about ten years ago!

I mean what's that all about, just so silly to think that I'd let it affect my mood back then but I think so many people still have a bad weekend if their FPL team has done badly

I still love football, but I've just refined my view of it now and it no longer defines me, it's a fantastic part of my life but it does not control me like before which means that I enjoy it more as I have learnt to remove the bad elements of it and keep the good

This may not help many people but it's just a shared viewpoint of mine

Pretty much despise most of what the club has become now but i have still renewed however won't put any pressure on attending all the game.

Don't believe for one minute that we'll do the double drop, or even struggle next season. Any points deduction will obviously hinder us, but i still think we'll be fighting for promotion.

Hoping better times are ahead.

Supported us for over 50 years,  now live in Norfolk so £45 in petrol and 7 hrs round trip excluding match time, I've renewed but it was a decision not taken lightly. The £25 tax last year did it for me as far as spending anything extra other than my st. Never felt so detached from the club as I do ATM. Totally incompetent board, bang average players paid millions who don't give a shite, cheating has become the norm to con refs, tippy tappy boring football, complete lack of communication rrom the board, var a joke, never ending headlines that we have broken rules (which we obviously have but got off on a technicality after spending huge amounts of money on lawyers)

The only bright spark is the youngsters coming through. Will give it this year to see if we progress or regress further.  All in all totally fecked off with my club at this time

I live in Melbourne but followed Leicester when living there and have kept supporting them from here as well. I normally watch their games via the Optus service which covers all the Premier League games in Australia but for Championship football I have to join Leicester website to see most games plus BeIN Sports when they televise Leicester games. I learnt the hard way 2 years ago that the Leicester website service only transmits the full game 'live' (no on-demand service for full games) so getting up at 2 AM was the only way to see most games. This time around I really can't justify the expense or getting up at that hour to watch them so I'll be relying on comments from the fan base and what hits YouTube. Besides, I enjoy going to see the local league and follow Melbourne Victory who have just made it through to the grand final. The standard isn't as high but watching football on a balmy evening in a nice stadium has its appeal. I really hope Leicester can get their mojo back so I can get reconnected again but at the moment they seem a shadow of the team I have spent a lifetime following.

I’ll probably start watching more National League South now Farnborough FC are my local non-league team and they’re just a short walk from mine. I’ll still come back for the occasional Leicester game like I always have, and of course, I’m hoping for a good season and better times. But honestly, I feel that disconnected from the club than ever it's quite sad really. So I won’t be spending much of my hard-earned on them, especially with so much EFL coverage on Sky anyway

1. Signing up for the match coverage on the LCFC website (just like i did two seasons ago) and opening the app in trepidation  :ermm: 10 mins before the game is starting hoping not to see the dreaded "Technical Issues" message.

2. Checking the LCFC website the day before the games to see whether there is live coverage of the upcoming game or whether the coverage has been "blocked in your region" for a reason not explained.

Ill be going most weeks now ive got a season ticket.  As much as anything else it's an escape.  For two hours im invested in the game, let off steam, shout, sing, swear and enjoy a win as much as the next leicester fan and dont think about ANYTHING other than leicester city.  Its a needed break from bills, work, ferrying kids about, appointments, caring for and transporting elderly parents, driving between different cities and not sitting down until 9pm and all the other issues we have to deal with in life.

Regardless of who the owners are, who the manager is (even though i dont like either) what division we are in and how well we are doing, for me, leicester city serves a far bigger purpose than just satisfying my interest in football and support of the team.

Bit deep maybe but true for me and i suspect many others.
