I think it’ll be Wilder, their selling pitch will be “Championship experience and historic promotions”. I would want Carsley, been preaching about him for a while now, ticks all the boxes, personally I couldn’t care if when he speaks it’s like watching paint dry, he plays good attractive football whilst prioritising youth development.

Carsley’s dad indirectly changed my life so I’m all for him if it’s not Dyche.

Agreed. If it was down to those two, as horrible as that prospect is, why would anybody choose O'Neil over Wilder?

Rohl

rosenior

dyche

wilder 

oneil

 

but I’m gunna guess the board go bottom to top
