For those who prefer to pass their Season Ticket on to someone they know, Season Ticket Forwarding allows easy transfer of a Season Ticket seat to a linked friend or family member 

 

How It Works:

 

Sign in to an online account and go to the ‘Tickets’ section. 

 

Select the match to forward. 

 

Click the “Forward Ticket” button and choose a recipient from linked contacts. 

 

This option ensures that seats remain filled while keeping them within a trusted network.

Not sure on that but i think you can go to a ticket office at the stadium, with ID, and they will print you a paper ticket for todays match

Download it again, I was had mine on my sons phone whilst I was having phone issues.

 

I've just switch it back to mine.

Ticket still doesn't work for me NFC wise for no apparent reason. Just vibrates like it's an error. Had to use the QR code again

Went in 45mins prior to kick off in the Kop, had been stood around outside for a bit, no issues seen, and no queues at all

No queues in L1 and I got in 15 mins before kick off.

Digital tickets are working a treat.

Even a dumbo like me has no issues.

Went in about 12pm. Turnstiles had no queues at all. Went in fine.

Queued to get in l1, my lads ticket worked although it hadn’t updated to cov.

The NFC reader failed for me and I had to fumble around getting the backup code up to scan. Took over 30 seconds to get in in the end. Happened for multiple people, was why the queues were so long today.

 

Load of shite, this is the future they forced on us.

I arrived at the turnstiles at 12:20 and there was no more than 10 people queuing and all got in smoothly,  2 minutes max.  Guess you were just unlucky.

Myself and my wife, both Oap's, have been using elecctronic season tickets but tried last season's cards on Saturday and they worked. Could be useful if we want to pass them on to friends.
