This sort of thing was occurring under Vichai. All the support of the King etc.

This sort of thing, yes, maybe. My point was that today was yet another example of the even more tin eared leadership under Top

It was bound to happen, the military is a politically powerful force in Thailand, and it’s expedient for those who rely on political support for their wealth to toe the line.

I only watched a stream so missed this. But what a shambolic and frankly completely distasteful thing to do…. Absolutely no place in football for this. The sooner KP are gone, the better.

Pathetic, the little tin pot dictator can’t get his act together for footballing matters but all of a sudden he can intervene for

this.

Just feel powerless against trying to either call it out or stop it.

Interestingly I think something like this will take balls from people internally.. rather than externally.

Anthony ultimately will have had to make the decision for that to happen today. It’s easy to say from outside but that would be handing notice time in for me personally.

It all comes back to the length of time people have been here, all morals are gone, senior people who know they aren’t qualified to work anywhere else certainly aren’t going to go out of their way to question their big boss!

AH has gone from a journalism degree to being flown around in his bosses private planes in the space of 20 years lol (pleased to see you’ve changed your LinkedIn profile from that weird private jet photo buddy ;))

They’ve clearly been forced to back down over K-Bet though so things can get done on occasion

You just know there’s a statement prepared saying “contrary to a previously leaked fake image that was circulated on social media, we’re delighted to announce our sponsor for this season as…..”

No way they actually own it.

Anthony would have been told by the high ups (Top via Rudkin) that this was happening and he’d have to make it happen

Same way the sponsorship team were told BC.Game was happening without any input

(Interestingly the head of sponsorship has since left)

Suspect the clubs UK lawyers pulled the plug on K-Bet personally

This club becomes less and less likeable by the week.

Everything they do just puts more distance between me and the club.
It justifies my decision not to get club membership for our family this season.

Sheffield Wednesday are obviously a badly run club but we’re not that far behind and this is only going to get worse.
