Surely he can see that Skipp and Soumare isn't working and that at least one, if not both, is a waste of a name on the teamsheet. Have Bilal as an 8, Rego as a 10, Fatawu and Mav on the wings and Winks as a CDM.

I still don't see that working as we don't have a midfield destroyer to play the defensive midfield role on his own with two 8's.
