murphy Posted 7 September 2025 Posted 7 September 2025 Have we established that we haven't actually ever had any bids for Wout Garfunkel then? 3

Personal terms are rarely drawn out in comparison to club to club negations over transfer fees.

I'll lock this and the Daka threads after the Saudi and Turkey windows close. I'm pretty confident we won't sell either while our own window is closed and we can't buy replacements because the squad is too thin. But if the offer's big enough, it's possible, and one has been credibly linked to Saudi and the other to Turkey so, you never know. 4 1
Sly Posted 9 September 2025 Posted 9 September 2025 Just to bring everyone up to speed if they didn’t know. Saudi Arabia - Closes 10th September Turkey - Closes 12th September 1
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 9 September 2025 Posted 9 September 2025 Can’t come quick enough. Close transfers down completely it’s all becoming insufferable and I’m sick of checking in to no news about anything 🙈

st albans fox Posted 9 September 2025 Posted 9 September 2025 Not long before turkey closes on Friday if he’s here on Saturday then he’ll have to get his head down and perform - and hope to get a move in January based on his form. 1
AKCJ Posted 9 September 2025 Posted 9 September 2025 I think if Souttar was looking close to being fit again then Faes would have been off. I could see him moving in January for that reason. Daka won't leave unless someone offers daft money. It's only him and Carranza that are genuine strikers in the squad. 1
les-tah Posted 9 September 2025 Posted 9 September 2025 Unfortunately as much as he would be better off gone, it would leave us with 2 fit centre backs and Nelson who is injury prone and Souttar who is out and even more injury prone.

We saw this rundown shack that was a titty bar, and for curiously we decided to go in, the place was ropy as he'll, and the women were just as bad. The host walks upto us and says 'here's Marlene, she is our best dancer....' All I can say is the bar was low, she basically looked like Tommy G in drag. There best dancer parallels our best defender......rancid. 2
