Not expecting much today. Hopefully we will put in a performance that will give us some positive for the future. The culling needs to start, there’s no good time to start. Let’s hope we survive in this division and look to built once we are free of the loaders have left the club🏆🏆🏆

As shit as our team/squad is, most of the championship is genuinely worse. The only difference being that the other teams in the championship will actually put up a fight, something that is sadly lacking in most of our squad.

That’s the difference. At this level a bit of extra quality does nothing when you’re lacking any fight.

The only way it happens is if we genuinely sign out of nowhere and fast. But that never happens with us. Asset stripping ahoy.

Anyone judging Marti already needs to give their head a wobble. All week we say if people don’t wanna be here then they shouldn’t be playing but then throw a strop when the likes of Winks or Faes aren’t starting. It’s clear they don’t want to be here so **** them! 

 

Marti’s got his hands tied behind his back currently and if anything I respect him for not giving in and just playing the best 11 instead he’s focusing on people that want to be here whether we like them players or not.
 

Personally, I’m making no judgements until the window is closed. Even then he might need more time depending on how he gets backed.

It is quite funny seeing posters having a coronary who this time last year were saying we had a squad so good it should easily stay up and just three weeks ago many were saying we would HMS Piss The League. 
 

While the squad is certainly now not good enough to challenge at the top, at least Marti seems to get the need to change the mindset.

And so our new chapter begins with a Page, how appropriate.

I think the ideal would be to blood him and Monga with better players around them but alas they’re injured or simply don’t exist. 
We should be proud of how many academy players are starting and let’s not forget Fatawu’s age although he has that season of experience under his belt.

I still can’t tolerate rewarding lack of effort with further starts, I’d rather have Hamza in Soumare’s place and Ricardo RB.
