Exactly.

Their focus should be on why people aren't coming, not punishing or pushing those people away even more. It's insane.

That’s my point when it comes to the inefficiencies of these meetings. They don’t zone in on the why’s and how’s

I suggested that the meetings should have an issues dashboard so we track and show to fans actions and deliverables fell on deaf ears.

It’s something we’ve discussed at the Trust board meeting on Monday.

Now that is a great question and I will table it at the next meeting.

No because the debate wasn’t started by fans. The debate was started because the how and why people didn’t go the West Brom game. There were grumbles there I didn’t agree with - people citing why they didn’t go etc etc

However the club mentioned how other clubs do actually penalise season ticket holders. That’s how it came into conversation.

Apparently the club do track if there’s a pattern which points to individual cases such as as ill health, they give the affected ST holder a call.

That’s the lack of context and nuance seeing it in a minute process.

For example the comments around money off shirts and food etc, that’s only prompted under the proviso of added benefits to a season ticket or membership. The minutes don’t pre qualify why those comments came about. As silly as the suggestions I thought they were in my own personal view

Anyone suggesting that season ticket holders that aren't attending games should be punished or have privileges taken away from them is not a Leicester fan.

They're a bootlicking KPFC scumbag.

Aiyawatt will not rest until that stadium is full of them.

I don't know if thats a new process with giving people a call but up to recent years thats not been true.

We had to move out the family stand because of the adults to kids ratio and not going to games.

Due to 1. My sister being young and not attending night games but she went to all the others. Missing games was 4 but she missed 5.

2. My cousin who was in and out of hospital having cystic fibrosis treatment and him missing games.

Sounds like it's a complete waste of time then if the club can basically say what it wants and doesn't have any interest in reflecting reality.

If I was in those meetings and the minutes presented a blatantly different meeting to what actually took place I would be absolutely fuming.

The club has hijacked this from the beginning and are now manipulating it to their own benefit.

Pathetic

Football clubs are really odd entities. How difficult is it to just say "You know what, we have failed, we know we are underachieving and understand the frustration"? Oh no, only 50 people officially boycotted so isn't that good?!

Most people know when they aren't doing well and can hold their hands up. Yet it almost seems a sign of weakness if football clubs, like politicians, admit it in the first place.

One day they’ll reach the bargaining stage but do it in their typically condescending way.

I can't help but think if those games were top of the table clashes there'd be a lot fewer fans staying away for all of those reasons listed apart from a death in the family even being ill and people would still come and the family stand would be packed.

They shouldn't be, its been the longest delay between the meeting & publication since the FCC was re-formulated.

The majority of FAB meeting minutes at other clubs are published within 3 - 4 weeks, Spurs managed within a few days on one occasion

Ours have mainly been 4 - 5 weeks

People who think the ‘unrest in the stands’ are “contributing to poor performances” probably ŵank on all 4’s and cry at the point of climax before wrapping themselves up in their rainbow flags.

Just **** off. **** right off.

If the minutes to these are very much shaped by the club, as it’s always been apparent when reading them, would there be any appetite from the @Foxes_Trust to publish their own view of these minutes?

I can understand why that might not be popular for people on the FAB, but I think it needs to be crystal clear what was discussed and whether it was the FAB that brought the issue to the table or the club, because at the minute that isn’t the case

Even bringing up the issue might drive some change.

So for the Your 90 Minutes sessions - that the club do not minute or release any record of - we've started doing this (you can see them here and here) so that we, and others, can track what makes it up through the levels of the Fan Engagement Framework and results in change.

For the FAB. we are bound by NDA, so can't release our own minutes from those sessions. And for the FCC we are only present in one or two of the three working groups that take place each time the FCC meets so we don't get full visibility on what is said in every session at that level of the Fan Engagement Framework which would make doing our own minutes there difficult to do.

What we do do, however, is to track how the minutes align with what our representatives heard on the night and we have been pushing the club to release minutes quicker (this is taking far too long after sessions at the moment). We are pushing to meet with the Club about our Fan Engagement Framework Survey results (available here) and will be raising our concerns when we do.

We have also pushed the club for more You Said, We Did type communications.

If decisions are being taken based on the feedback received by supporters, this should be easy to evidence...

Can I ask, and sorry if this is completely wrong and I don’t want to imply any wrong doing, but, isn’t that one of the FAB members receiving a donation from the club to their workplace?

It looks like it, and I’m not saying anyone is doing anything wrong here at all, just the optics don’t look great if it is. Apologies if it isn’t.

Why when the minutes of the previous meeting are read out, don't they need to be propsed and seconded by attendees of that meeting. If those aren't agreed on then they should be declined and at least brought up in any other business to fully register the complaint on record.

Cheers for the reply.

The whole of the FAB being bound by an NDA sounds very heavy handed, it would make sense to have specific sections covered by this but I guess it’s easier for the club to cover it all to prevent any ambiguity.

I understand you won’t be in every sub group, minutes will never be perfect but if you able to increase the accuracy of what is covered in 50% of the meeting it would help the club and Trust I think but it does sound like you are on the same page with this anyway.

It was noted that broader policy change will not take place before the 2027/28 season. However, the Club was encouraged, following feedback from the FCC Working Group, to look at whether  some feedback can be implemented during the 2026/27 season, such as away ticketing ID checks

oh cool, doing papers please for a trip to Salford... like they genuinely hate the match going fans
