This is the best defence he can play at the min. They've got Danny Ings and Bamford on the bench and they probably walk into our team.

No idea if we can afford to sack the manager. 

But if we can we need somebody with clear ideas who will pick players and build a system to fit the players. 

Clever philosophies are fine with world class players, not with the crap we've got.

Might be worth asking the squad if there's a manager out there that they wouldn't down tools for after a few weeks. Not sure there is one though.
