A lot of managers because they know it probably won't end up as a "mark" on their CV because of how shit we have been under the 3 managers before whoever comes in next

This is probably a massive sticking point; it makes complete sense for whoever this next person is to have a strong input. Let's hope something is already underway and we are close to bringing someone in and they have given us their opinion, otherwise, we could be close to the drop zone if we don't make a move in the next 4-6 weeks.
