Be able to work with what little we have and bring some identity back to the club. I dont even care if we win, lose are draw games as long as they is some fight in each and everyone of them. We have become so scared of other teams the min we're losing we run and hide instead of being the hunters who fight for every ball, every tackle and every point. At least I can say to myself we never quit and we are truly fearless.

I would prefer Nige to come in as a DoF type figure. Someone that knows how to rebuild the culture of a club properly. This squad would throw Nige under the bus without a seconds thought.
