FoxinNotts Posted 16 February Posted 16 February I just cannot believe the pure INCOMPETENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nnfox Posted 16 February Posted 16 February Everything with this club is done at a snail's pace with no communication. No proper manager = money saved. I truly believe the club's financial situation is absolutely dire - much worse than most realise. We are skint and having to penny pinch everywhere. No manager is one less wage to pay. There's no intention to hire a manager before the end of the season. Just announce King until the end of the season and be done with it so we can get behind him and hope we limp over the line. At least people will know where they stand.

Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 16 February Posted 16 February At this point you have to wonder if no one wants it, and they’re perhaps in a pickle because those who would take it may not be appointable and that would confirm to everyone that it’s unravelled to the point of no return
Claudio Fannieri Posted 16 February Posted 16 February If there is no intention to hire a manager and backroom team then they must appoint an experienced Assistant manager and goalkeeper coach to help Kingy and take some of the pressure off him.

Tielemans63 Posted 16 February Posted 16 February Remember when Alan Shearer got Newcastle relegated in 2009? Well, he didn't really, did he? He had 8 games to save a club in free fall. A club that had been chaotic behind the scenes for a while. However, people only remember it as Shearer getting them relegated. People don't remember all of the mistakes the board made, just that a club legend couldn't turn it round. Some Newcastle fans still haven't forgiven Shearer for that, which is madness. This is exactly the narrative being created and I sincerely hope Kingy sees that and walks away now, with his legacy intact. 2

Garns77 Posted 16 February Posted 16 February I doubt they would have brought Sadler back in if their plan wasn't to leave Kingy in for the rest of the season. 2

We might as well sack the communications twat and save some money, he doesn't communicate To be honest id respect them more if the cam out and said we are ****ed, we cant afford a new manager right now but we are working on a new sustainable structure for the club or something. But it seems they are just ignoring it, Top still thinks we promote premier league. Soon we will confirm our participation in League 1 for the 26/27 season. Yet everything carries on as before, Rudkin in charge doing the things the Rudkin way. The only positive is hopefully one day the insufferable fraudulent crook will be locked up. If and when there is a change of owner, or we enter administration, I can see many jobs being cut at LCFC (Jim Ratcliffe style).

StanSP Posted 16 February Posted 16 February I just cannot comprehend how it takes so long to get a manager. Even if it's an interim. Aside from the obvious as to who they'd be working for (Rudkin or vacant positions) I can only think that managers elsewhere (in post or not) are veering away from the job because there's no money, no structure, no security about the job. It's a stark reality of where the club find themselves. Struggling to hire a manager to get us out of this hole. Top sacks Rudkin and I bet there'd be some short term gains in terms of personnel and good fortunes.

Let King be the fall guy and let him take the flak. They think it diverts attention away from themselves but not all the fans are stupid. Some are, mostly the KPFC in bunch. Everyone else can see the wood for the trees...

Or the bloke who hands out the drinks bottles or one of the blokes who just watches the game on a monitor and occasionally points at the screen? In fact I could do all of those jobs at the same time. 3
LVFox Posted 16 February Posted 16 February There’s no structure in place at this club to get anything done other than the whim of a nepo man child. Im so worried about our future - clubs displaying everything we are, go perilously close to going out of business. Pompey, Derby, Bolton style

We're a far more attractive proposition to a lot of teams around us - there's time to salvage our position, and then they'd in a strong position to get the role permanently. Rudkin and the others have no excuse for being slower than competitors.
lcfcbluearmy Posted 16 February Posted 16 February Is there anything even a rumour that we have even interviewed anyone?
AKCJ Posted 16 February Posted 16 February It feels unbelievable that we’re starting another week with no idea who will replace Cifuentes. Aiyawatt and Rudkin seem determined to reach new lows. The level of incompetence is staggering. For such a large club to be run like this is astonishing and they are not getting the scrutiny they deserve from the media.
