He was brought in as an under 18 coach just over a year ago because he is a club legend

Moved in to a senior team coach less than a year ago
And now we turn to him to manage a poor side at a shit time

He is completely out of his depth!

He does not know what he is doing.

 

We have had no back up for a year, we have had no coaching staff of any calibre

It was a bad bunch of changes, yes. But if you give up 4 goals in a half, that's all down to the players. Shouldn't matter what system you play.

There right winger was killing Thomas which we all know isn't difficult but then King plays a back 5 and doesn't shore that side up.

 

He could even played a 442 and put Kristiansen left midfield with simple take of stopping there winger and helping Thomas and it would have been a better option

Sorry Kingy, I love you but those subs in that situation was unforgiveable.

I despise Top and Rudkin for making my favourite player of all time the fall guy for their incompetence. But keeping Okoli on the pitch and choosing Ayew over Richards was pure cowardice.

He isn't what we need.

Unfortunately it makes a massive difference, that why you have a manager.

 

Dreadful from both him and the players.

How many times in the last 5 or 6 years have we gone from a back 4 to a back 5 to "see out the match" only for it to spectacularly backfire? I think we could all see it coming miles away

We are already down now IMHO, but if he's still in charge for the next game, there's really nothing left to hang on to this season. If there even has been for a while now.

Yet again we’ve wasted 2-3 games on the interim who is not experienced enough or qualified. Not on King, but he should never have been in this position.

He set up with the right idea (bar playing Ricardo and Thomas again) knowing attack is our only form of defence, and what looked like a bit of an attitude adjustment amongst the players, but the in game management was shocking.
