Those signings look like they are part of a BBC fly on the wall documentary titled how to bankrupt a club

Shocking

I've found myself in a weird position...

I hate Faes the most without a shadow of a doubt.. but I don't think he's the worst signing out of the lot. That award has to go to Skipp.

Maybe but for deffo they all belong in one

Skipp, the rest have either not been given a chance or shown atleast the odd glimpse. Skipp has looked L2 from the first moment he's played for us.

Skipp for me. The bloke will be in non-league or retired before he's 30. Very confident of that. He's completely done.

Daka was useful when he first arrived and we didn’t ruin in by trying to make him the footballer he isn’t.

I still think Souttar has a part to play here once fit.

Faes, Okoli, Ayew, Reid are all just just meh but if they’d been purchased as squad players, you wouldn’t raise your eyebrows at them.

Golding was a PSR fiddle.

Vestergaard has been useful to be honest.

Skipp, Kristiansain and Soumare plus the one not on the list, that cost us a fortune in wages is Bertrand.

I have gone Skipp but a big part of that is also due to how long he has left on his contract. I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel with the others but 2029 isn’t it? We will be in League 1 before then. Will we be able to shift him at that point?

Skipp for me.

With Daka there was a player with a high ceiling.  He hasn't realised that potential with us because of poor coaching and lack of game time, especially whilst in Vardy's shadow, but the signing made sense at the time.

Soumare too, he had just won Ligue 1 in France, so on paper a solid signing.  Hasn't worked out for him, he's clearly not suited to the English game (some players just aren't).

Skipp though... Big transfer fee for someone who was a squad player at Spurs, who had one or two decent games alongside some quality teammates but had shown nothing else.  Couple that with the fact we had cock all money at the time and central midfield was not the priority.  So not only has it not worked out on the pitch (predictably) Skipp was also a bad strategic decision.

Has to be Skipp.

He's by no means the biggest flop (though if course, he has been a complete flop) but it was the fact 20m was the only money we had to spend and we went for a midfielder when we already had a load. All while being absolutely desperate in multiple other positions.

Still blows my mind.

I’ve just been looking at his injury record. metatarsal fracture in May 2021, which required surgery on a broken bone in his foot. Then had pelvic/groin injury/inflammation that required surgery in 2022. Then when he returned after a lengthy lay off, he got a hairline heel fracture which included a deep laceration and also secondary damage on the bone.

Dont think he has ever been the same player since. He was considered an extremely promising player before this and was a regular in the premier league for Spurs.

he really is done.

Just for the price we paid and the lack of impact he has, it has to be Skipp.

£20m+ for a player that can't get into a championship side is utter shambles. Daka comes second as price to ability levels.

Shocking that there's only one vote each for the calamity cvnts. Chronic losers. Both of them.

I wish I could vote for all of them but you just cant ignore how bad the Oliver Skipp signing was.
