Why do all the players look so unfit? What exactly were they doing in pre season. I mean they looked absolutely miles off the fitness levels of the Boro players at the end there.

Only positive was that we looked a little more solid defensively and the back 3 were all decent.

Major worry is we barely create anything and haven’t done all season. Most games this season we’ve had a couple of shots on target at most.

Account temporarily suspended, max file size down to 50kb, foxestalk police are onto me for some reason. It takes more than that to put a Mitchell down. Could be adios from me. But not for long. Phil

Have you tried deleting your attachments Phil? That removed my max file size limit

So you don't think tonight was in improvement to Saturday?

Are you serious? What did we have going forward? We were lucky to get a penalty. If they had a striker itd been game over long before

Good. I actually think it could be the wake up call needed. Clearly the two relegations to the Championship haven’t done the trick.

"but we were in league one once" fans in tatters

Well who watches eastenders apart from tarts and retards?

I thought they offered hardly anything and we were comfortable with that backline to be honest.

It's a real hard one to take, especially after the last few weeks. But certainly nothing like as bad as it was at the weekend. Was pleased to see so many of them fighting for each ball.

I think he could be sacked tomorrow though.

How can it be 0.04 Xg when we had a penalty?? I thought a penalty was .8Xg?

It is. That screen grab is second half stats only.

This is going to be unpopular, but I have some sympathy for Marty tonight.

He changed the formation, made several changes to the line up, and seemed to have us working harder and defending with more spirit.

That could have led to a lucky win, and been the catalyst for us to develop a bit of belief. The last minute equaliser will have destroyed any positives.

It’s not like he’s stubbornly sticking to the same structure or personnel week in week out, we do generally cry out for flexibility and he’s at least shown that.

(Yes, we were offensively awful)

Did he? Granted I wasn't exactly glued to it but it looked very much like the usual 4-2-3-1 with Okoli at right back and Ayew plodding about towards the left. His idea of changing things up seems to be plugging different combinations of players into the exact same shape that week after week sees us create virtually nothing.

We have played the same formation under the last 2 managers and now Marti, it don't work.

I get what you're saying but if you keep making so many changes it seems a bit like you don't know what you're doing and you're just scrambling around trying to make something work. I don't get any sense of what we're trying to do. He was dealt a bad hand with this squad but managers are there to get the best out of the team they're given and if this is the best we've got, we're in serious trouble
