There was a weird period where I see it on here a bit, just because he's tall. Also just in general, being tall doesn't make you a good target man if you can't move to start with.

Okoli getting pelters and rightly so but what the **** is he doing for that second goal. You’d see more battle from a Sunday league defender. Shameful

Awful yesterday. He was criminally bad for the County goal last week and should have even apologised for his total lack of basics (playing to the whistle.)

 

Yesterday was lazy. Showed absolutely zero intent to defend the box, strolling around, jogging at a push as Burton players walk past him. Not at fault for the two goals but absolutely part responsible for the ease in which a shit Burton side carved our defence open.

 

Should be embarrassed to be made captain.

there was period where he scored goals for Australia so people were saying stick him up too for us.

Not even taking into account his mazy RW dribble, that was comfortably his best game for us. Dominant in the air, won his physical battles and didn't have any brainfarts with the ball. Kind of want him to play with a little bit of arrogance and use his size to just dominate the defence and opposition. Must be easier not playing next to Okoli. Good to have the window now shut and hopefully he can buckle down, stay fit and build on last night.

Mentally looked affected by transfer speculation until last night - understandable 

 

also not quite taken into account how much he’s still getting up to match sharpness.

 

Best centre back in the league by a country mile once that’s sorted

He was good against MK Dons as well. If hes match fit then hes easily the best CB in the league. Hopefully can start utilising him at set pieces properly for a few goals this season

Nice little burst of pace to recover the ball last night. Played way better than earlier games. Now the deadline has closed lets hope he can knuckle down and do what he is paid to do.

Probably Lucky not to get sent off - the one in the corner flag was reckless and the one for his booking worse - there is a very solid defender in there - and he won loads of air balls - very much needed and will grow into the season - I’m sure will be a rock all year

Everyone loved that! Think it even got SK1 singing for the resulting corner. 

 

I know lots of us moan all the time, but it don't take a lot to make us happy. We've been deprived of small moments like that for years.
