And had some good players of our own. Now we have a couple of exciting yet inconsistent wingers, a quality player on the decline, a good loan player and a promising youngster.

 

The rest are the definition of drab.

i imagine the players feel the same now, he’s talking to deaf ears. You’ll see tomorrow with a half hearted effort again the players have stopped playing for him, he knows it, they know it and we know it. The only one who doesn’t is the Chairman.

I don’t dislike him. I just get the gut feeling that he won’t really work well elsewhere.

 

But that might be unfair as he do well at Oxford and Northampton before he first went to Sheff Utd (years ago though) and he hasn’t really been elsewhere much since as Sheff Utd come running back so quickly every time they drop him.

It’ll be a close game. United have a bit of confidence, but those wins have come against the leagues bin juice in Wednesday and Pompey.

However it depends on the nature of that win. If we scrape another win that keeps the fraud in the job then its not worth the 3 points.

This is exactly the type of match where we'll get outfought. I'm expecting this to be another defeat and possibly an even heavier one than Tuesday. They've assembled a good team at this level, and are probably still an outside bet for the play-offs.
