Only thing I didn't like was the guy walking out with his kids after about half hour at 2-0. 

Kids going to the football are excited and want to watch the game, leaving early is what we do as adults because we don't place the same value on a match as kids. 

Felt sorry for them, they looked confused and disappointed. 

Also at 2-0, no matter how crap we are, what sort of lesson is giving up?

Don't think my 6 and 3 year old would want to sit in the rain and watch us getting pumped by Sheff U

No idea why any of our fans are in the stadium at this point. Ah yeh, I forgot. They need to give the players a nice round of applause for their efforts today. Sickening!

That was the 3rd or 4th game I have been to this season as a season ticket holder.I left at half time. 
 

Definitely went to Sheffield Wednesday and Cov, may have been one other but they have all been forgettable. 
 

I ended last season thinking it would be a fresh start but any enthusiasm I had rapidly faded away. I’m at a gig the night of the Ipswich game so that’s a miss and my mate is doing a family thing on Boxing Day so I probably won’t bother. I might go to Derby at home but honestly it isn’t taking much at all for me not to bother.

Special shout out to the fans who didn't leave at 3-0 on 32 mins, but started to leave on mass at 2-3 when we looked fairly likely to equalise around 87 mins onwards  special breed.

I was just about to mention this.. we stayed until the end but see when it went 3-2 and people were just strolling out on 85 mins without a care in the world, an absolute stain on the fanbase….. 

 

walking back to the station I overhead two United supporters saying that Leicester won the award for the worse home fans they have seen this season. Even at 3-2 we were piss poor. You can’t even disagree with that..

They always have their excuses that lot, regardless of kick off tome. Last train leaving. Disabled families needing care.  Medical conditions. 

 

We've thousands upon thousands of this sort. A significant part of why we are where we are.

It is quite funny how the culture of the club/possibly football in general has gone from 20 years ago ‘support the lads through thick and thin’ and the notion of ‘fickle fans’ to now there being much proud in being what would have been though of as ‘fickle’.

Ironically those fans (are we happy clappers?) left in the stadium for the second half made a lot more noise than those in the ground first half. Fact.

Id define the 'thin' as at least ****ing trying. I think that's the difference.

 

I think as a fanbase we are very unfairly labelled as entitled. Every fan I know would have been absolutely fine if us falling off meant being near the bottom of the Premier League. Which still would have been a bit of a disgrace but possible. What's happened is beyond a disgrace. It's absolute negligence and anyone who defends it is beyond help.

That might be right, that the difference between then and now is there is an element of entitlement. I haven’t got a clue why anyone would think this set of players are good enough and we should be near the top this season. It’s absolutely right to be annoyed at the long term negligence though.
