Honestly believe we drop again this season

66/1 we were after last week. Saw enough red flags in that game. Even despite that I thought we'd beat Burton at home.

No matter how bad you think things are it's always worse. You'd make good money just betting on us losing every game.

We are nowherre near the bottom of our slide yet

Could imagine is in 1 years time trying to just survive full stop. We could be about to go out of existence and King Power would still be playing the now woeful montage video and lifting the Premier League trophy with the seal like fans still clapping away.

I've been watching us for 35 odd years, one thing we always had was fight. Those Brian little teams had massive hearts and not so much technical depth.

Now we have neither, the club is on its arse.

If we keep slipping we are well and truly ****ed.

The reality of league 2 and then non league is worrying.

4 go down this season!!!

🤪

I watch a fair bit of lower league football and we don't have the minerals required.

Sad times.

Look at Carlisle, even Hereford last time we played them are now in the national league north ( one below conference)

From the impossible to extinction.

Saturday was probably the worst ever result in Leicester's history, depending on how you want to define that.

Only ever been in the 3rd tier once before, and in that season (08/09) only lost 4 games all season, including only 1 loss at home, 0-1 vs Millwall in September.

Up there with Wycombe in the FA Cup, but I think probably the worst on Saturday.

I think this is the bit I really struggle to come to terms with and it isn't a new issue. There's this in-built arrogance at the club that has manifested under this owner, almost as if we are 'above' these basic fundamental things that exist at virtually every other professional team. We don't need to run hard, we'll just outplay them. We don't need to be strong, we're just better than them.

This has happened as far back as the Rodgers days.

Currently lowest league position in clubs history and owners that are the most inept the footballing world has ever seen. So I’d say yes

Apart from the financial situation, there wasn't a single second of L1 last time I didn't think we'd win the league. We're 2 games in this time and I'm already leaning towards snapping hands off for play offs.

Sums us up perfectly. This is the worse it's been until we next play, then that's the worse. On and on it goes, who knows when we'll hit rock bottom.

Yes, the club has truly lost its identity for a long time. We ain't "Foxes Never Quit" anymore not have been for a long time nor are we the "Fearless Foxes" too. At this point even if red bull taking over it won't make a difference to the team

Hereford are the best analogy, considering they went bankrupt and their current iteration is a phoenix club. That is 100% our future once Macquarie come calling. We barely serviced the debts last season, and the transfer fees are ever-dwindling as our assets get less and less desirable.

We'd have to groundshare with someone like Hinckley or the Tigers if that happened, mind you. We can barely afford our stadium as it is, which explains why our seats have faded so much a neutral might mistake us for Cov. 🤮

Still struggling to comprehend our current league position and the fact the lowest we had ever been before was 12 places higher for about three matches nearly 20 years ago across 132 years of being in the Football League.

In the taxi home saturday i was thinking this lowest i felt as a leicester fan. I remember the mid 00s being a bottom half championship club but as bad as that time was i dont things were quite so awful. The players then werent great, but as least had a go.

Completely agree we have over the years had some proper dross but the majority of those teams at least had a go and was down to capability - the last 2-3 years watching players steal a living knowing they don’t give a damn is worse by miles !!
