Players you hate(d) XI

How about the current lot? As a collective, I don't think I've ever felt less connected to a Leicester team. Obviously there are a few exceptions individually within it who I like, but as a whole they are our worst XI for a long time, especially given the wages most of them are on. This season has largely been a disgrace, with some shockingly bad performances. Genuinely can't think of one game where we've been good for 70 minutes, let alone 90.

Wanted to include Bertrand but he’d probably say he’s injured.

Vestergaard sub but in standard length tracky bottoms for a laugh.

Wes Fofana though if he hadn’t gone we’d be in even bigger ffp s**t if that’s imaginable.

 

Many others fall into “frustrate” category - Mendy (or “Forward Mendy, Forward man !” As I addressed him 60 times a game as he span like a broken toy and killed any momentum the move had by being unable to face the way we’re kicking), Peres and Amartey. 
 

The “availability” of Evans and attitude of Youri in the relegation season soured their legacies but they did enough positive things to be a million miles from being a Dennis Wise team mate!

 

Tommy English wasn’t Melrose, Mark Grew wasn’t Wallington but nor did they say they were.

I think that my  Soyuncu choice might need expanding upon, but he was prone to the occasional meltdown, especially that costly Bournemouth game but during our relegation season he went down and feigned injury in to try to win a free kick.  It was ignored and Spurs went on to score in the same move.  He was called out for it on motd.  We basically never saw him again for the rest of the season.  He was rightly dropped for it but I thin it highly likely that instead of taking his medicine and coming backing the fold, he sulked and rowed with Rodgers about it hence his exclusion.  His antics (and yes I am making assumptions here) left us with Daniel CalAmartry and Wout Farce as our starting centre backs.  

 

Relegation followed.  For that reason he goes into my bellends XI.

I will never forgive the way he downed tools towards the end of his spell here. That game V Arsenal (or at least I think it was Arsenal) when he just ****ing gave up running back, purely because he couldn’t be ****ing arsed, and they scored 
 

Great player on his day…. fantastic goal to win the FA cup, but once he lost interest, he lost interest, he was unforgivable the season we went down, one of the many key reasons too thanks to his complete lack of effort and care.
