StanSP Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Perhaps the worst half of football and that's saying something. 6 minutes ago, Craig said: I'm just numb to it at this point. Utterly pathetic. I don't even know if I'll celebrate a goal. 1

StanSP Posted 24 January Posted 24 January I think it's quite clear now the players aren't bothered for Marti or his tactics. Playing this dross against Oxford is embarrassing. 1

RoboFox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Hahaha poor Walshy being rolled out to try and get the crowd going “stay positive everyone” 3
Edingleyfox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January I’ve been watching the club since the early 1970s and I cannot remember anything as poor as this. The fans have turned up in reasonable numbers but by half time chorus of boos and chants as Leicester comfortably second best to side in relegation zone

Legend_in_blue Posted 24 January Posted 24 January A fairly mute reaction there to a half time Walsh pep talk.
Nods Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Just now, Richmondfox said: It gets worse every week. It really doesn't matter how we are set up if they keep passing sideways and backwards without even attempting anything quickly. It isn't the same sideways and backwards we had under Enzo, though. This version is because we have no runners and no idea what we're supposed to be doing. We have two options, panic and lump it, or just keep the ball. Any attempt at moving forwards breaks down immediately, so we tend to default to one of the above. And it comes back to, yes, poor players, but moreso at this point I think a total lack of tactical analysis, shape, patterns or a plan. Which compounds itself with a lack of confidence. Anything good that happens is either a moment of magic or seemingly an accident/the opposition switching off. It's quite funny seeing the body language of our players when we actually create something or find some space. The sense of 'fvcking hell how did that happen' is abundantly obvious. 2

Dahnsouff Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Who cares who was better, as right here, right now (great song) , we are dreadful. We are poorly coached, the defensive structure is honking and our allergy to clean sheets evidences this, but the players need to own their portion of blame too, it's shocking the level of effort in display.
JonnyBoy Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Hopefully we don’t equalise to paper over the cracks. All for top to see in the stands. Wonderful
StanSP Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Somebody shoot Ayew in the knees too. Can't be arsed watching him drop deep just to get the ball. And Hamza. Ambling about like it's a walk in the park. 1

The only ones that seem to be sticking to it are the defence, because they get to control everything. we really need those 5 passes between JV and Hamza when Hamza could just turn with the ball and send it forwards, but that would be risky.
lgfualol Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Shite owners, shite management, shite players, and shite deluded LCFC coverage. I understand they’ll probably get sacked for saying anything negative but fackin hell 1

But yeah this really is awful to watch, this isn’t individual errors costing us it’s the team as a collective, they just don’t look interested

He is employed by LCFC TV so unlikely to say how rubbish we are on air otherwise no doubt would lose his job. Has to try and keep the enthusiasm even though he knows we are crap
