Either go 3 at the back against a team who are obviously going to sit in and try to make life hard for us, or play a genuine left back - preferably Aluko who might get forward and create space. He won't ping a ball or pass quickly but will try it from the halfway once Oxford have set up solidly at the back. A manager with half a brain would tell him to stop trying to pass the ball into the crowded middle, push up the fulfil backs and get the wingers to actually move into space. Hamza and Ricardo are just boring and useless players, neither bring anything positive to this team playing like this.
