K789 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Bahoya valued at 80 mill and courted by all top clubs. Can't see him going Saudi
ronnup Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Make no mistake, anything near 30 gets him. We are financially absolutely ****ed. 2
StonyFox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Even if we get 40m, there's no one in place to spend it wisely and we're not going to have a manager in to buy players for their philosophy

brookfox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January £35m and he stays here on loan for the remainder of the season. 1
les-tah Posted 31 January Posted 31 January We will get £80 million only to be told in the next window we still need to balance the books and sell before we can buy🤣 1
Ric Flair Posted 31 January Posted 31 January The reason I want us to sell himnis so we get relegated and we are closer to having a new ownership. Sell them all. 3 1
Md9 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January I imagine his value will go down in the summer once we finish around the lower half of the table . You would think if he did go it would give monga more playing time but no doubt it would be Thomas getting all the minutes
fox_favourite Posted 31 January Posted 31 January (edited) We did say why don't Saudi clubs come in for our players. I was more hoping for the £50m striker Daka. Beggars can't be choosers. Edited 31 January by fox_favourite
Nick Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Don’t sell unless it’s for silly money and we retain him till the end of the season. We are going to need to score goals to get out of this mess. It’s like a few seasons ago when we sold our midfield creative and scoring capable players and it left us in the mire we now find ourselves stuck in. 1

Sunbury Fox Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Knowing the extent of Rudkin's scouting networks and negotiating skills, he'll sell Fatawu for 35m and bring back Kasey McAteer for 30m as his replacement. 1

Tielemans63 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January I'd much rather we didn't sell him. Frustrating player, but literally the only true game changer we have in the squad. It's a massive relegation gamble if we sell him now.
DAS Boot Posted 31 January Posted 31 January We’re not going to get promoted so there really is no point keeping him. Sell high if we can and run the gauntlet with Monga.

Scotch Posted 31 January Posted 31 January I don't know how much has been offered but realistically, there is a good chance we won't be offered more in the summer. Given how HE is playing, given how WE are playing, a PL team is unlikely to pay mega bucks for him so it might be sooner than we wanted but if we have any thought of selling him in the near future, this is probably going to be our best chance.
scinnell Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Very good player on his day, but way too inconsistent for this level and we need more. Saudi money and this late in the window, 40+ million please.

adejo92 Posted 31 January Posted 31 January (edited) Kind of club that will spunk money on any 'relevant' player... Some rich arab kids probably just shown his dad a YouTube compilation of wonder goals. Doubt they realise that besides the wonder goals, he's Demarai Gray. Edited 31 January by adejo92

Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 31 January Posted 31 January Two things with that post, it says they want a winger born in Saudi Arabia- Fatawu isn’t Saudi born. Also, his name is spelt wrong. Apart from Abdul. Other than that, club needs a big sale either now or in the summer - if they are interested. We need to milk it. Unfortunately, I don’t want him to go but we must sell to ensure Rudkin keeps his job
