People can be angry with how he plays at times but I’m unsure how anyone can’t see he’s doing straight to the top!

he’s surrounded by shit where he’s having to pull us out the mud with individual moments of brilliance

Despite who surrounds him he is far from ready to jump straight to the top currently, which top 5 side in the premier league (I have removed Spurs obviously) or which top 2 in Germany or Spain?

He’s only 22 so has time on his side but he needs to develop a hell of a lot himself and not be dragged up by other players around him (in a better team) to state he’s going straight to the top.

An example of the type of player who is going straight to the top with his next move is 19yr old Yan Diomande who is everything we thought Fatawu would be.
If you look at them in isolation Diomande is streets ahead of Fatawu in every facet…..it is this type of player who will go straight to the top and stay there, not a player, as good as we see he can be, like Fatawu.

You can tell me it’s players around him but it’s a players own decision making that sets the great from the good.

He needs to choose his next step carefully because he’s not ready to start for a premier top 5 side currently.

Hes another Demi Gray.Full of potential

but a bit if a one trick pony.Cutting in off the wing to his favoured foot.

Nothing special, but stands out on a hopeless shower of shit team like we have.

Same as James, looks good in a terrible team, but would struggle in the Premier

League. Lacks pace with and without the ball. But shows potential.

I don’t mean his next move, he’s got time to develop. He’s quite evidently going to be joining a premier league team next season.

come back to this post in the summer

It's not really his fault but 2 relegations in 3 seasons, he's completely tainted and I don't really care that he's leaving.

He's a quality player and will go on to have a very prosperous career if he chooses his next club properly but this entire squad is tainted for me.

If I could have it my way I'd sell the entire squad barring those who are fresh out of the academy and start again. FM style.

We should nuke the current team from orbit? I guess it is the only way to be sure :P

To be frank  I will be amazed if we get £20m.It’s a fire sale and let’s be honest he doesn’t have the brains to be a top player.

Maybe squad player/impact sub at somewhere like Sunderland.

Being linked and handing over money are totally different. Just the club trying to up his value
