Wouldn't be surprised if that game is what forces Modric and Perisic to call time on their international careers. Both been great players but completely spent now sadly.

Regardless of how poor Croatia were that was a great performance by England. For saying it’s only the nations league the work rate and attitude was spot on. Gordon looks unbelievable at the min.

I agree Croatia were piss poor but we were excellent across the board.

One of the best I have sent so far under Tuchel.  Shame we couldn't perform like that in the world cup against the dirty Argies. We would of pissed them.

As always, people will come up with reasons as to why it happened rather than accept it was a very good result.

I refuse to believe that is Danny Ward in goal for Wales tonight

It's like the Vicious Junior rumours, but in reverse. They've brought in a doppelganger who is actually brilliant

He must have been on a goalkeeping course as 2 saves there to keep them in the game

[Corky]

It's Neuer with a Danny Ward mask on

[Nalis]

Theres the Ward we know and love

[Tielemans63]

.....and he's back

[bovril]

Hojlund celebrating like that after scoring against Ward ffs. Well done, he's 13.

[Corky]

Burns on for Cullen. Russ praising their versatility and energy.

Bit like the whole team.

Do well for a game or a part in it but then mess up.

[Corky]

The way the commentators were carrying on, you'd have thought Ward has never made a save before.

Kits made by Wolverhampton Wanderers and having to see this substitution. You have to feel for @Finnegan

Why do Wales play in Cardiff's ugly ugly ground and not the Millennium Stadium? Cant get the numbers? No wonder they're perennially jealous of the English and our continental ways

I think it's pretty much so the smaller crowds look better in a ground which a much lower capacity as you suggest.

To create a better atmosphere.

@Miquel The Work Geordie knew the answer, buddy. It was a rhetorical question intended as a bit of hilarious banter.
