Not a fan of his appointment and looks like he’s taking us down and I’m not surprised as his record as a manager was not great. 
100% blame the idiots running the club though for appointing him and running us into the ground slowly over the last few years.

We're long term fooked because the owner has no clue and isn't interested. He won't, or more likely can't, invest any more in us.

As well as he’s done in previous jobs in this division Oxford thought they could do better with someone else in charge. 
That’s the level we are now at. Shocking. 
1 win in 8 and some on here think we’d have seen an upturn had we hired him sooner.

Also the new Oxford manager is also doing better in the role.
So it’s hard to tell just how shit the team is when the new manager is statistically worse this season than the man he has replaced.

 

He was the Oxford manager for a reason.

Couldn’t agree more changed very little except made us quite hard to beat away from home whilst our home form continues to falter. One win in 8 games from a supposed experienced championship manager who has alienated most of the academy prospects from the squad and yet again turned to the tried and tested who have let this club down time and time again and guess what we are seeing the same old story. 
 

Whatever the outcome of this season, I hope by 3rd May it is announced he has left at the conclusion of his contract.
