We do a breakfast club every few weeks, meet up have a chat and a catch up and don't feel miserable afterwards! 

Football is an anchor point, myself and many friends are not gonna come back to Leicester to have breakfast. Fine to say if you live in Leicester and never gonna move away, but obvs many city fans and their friends/family have spread far and wide.

Not sure why people are hoping for people to not renew to make room for them to get a season ticket.  With the forthcoming East stand expansion it'll be easy to get one.

It did make me wonder that if take up was so slow , they would extend the deadline?

 

memberships will have been trying for a year or two to get ST , but I’m not even sure many would want a ST atm..

Genuinely the things you have listed are much more appealing than wasting time going to games. 
 

I’d much rather take my daughter to parties and see her having fun. Shopping/garden centres normally have a cake stop so that’s tolerable. And I’d rather go for a walk as a family or things like a day at the wildlife park (something I’m am happier having memberships to than LCFC).

 

But I’m not speaking as someone who has just made this decision. I stopped a few years ago and have never looked back and been interested in traipsing a few hours round trip to Leicester.

Good for you. Can’t help thinking your last paragraph explains the real reason. Most of us don’t have a few hours round trip to a home match!
 

Got one today though, taking my lad for an enjoyable day on the coast to have a laugh and watch the mighty foxes lose.

My Mrs said she will pay for me to renew.

I think the Portsmouth game was the nail in the coffin for us and our season tickets. 
 

They don’t deserve any of the supporter’s money serving up dross like that.
