Even if the Chang is free as part of the sponsorship deal (doubtful), the club will have to pay the people dispensing it. Completely needless giveaway given the financial situation we’re in.

 

Doesn’t seem like a club that is reconciling with the idea we might have to scrape, scrimp and scrap for every penny soon.

Not sure it's brain dead, it's quite clever in the midst of much criticism, it's just something else that certain people will back to use against those that don't back them. I don't use Facebook/Twitter anymore but I wouldn't be surprised if there were comments about "this is why they're the best owners". Hopefully a lot of people will see through it but I haven't got my hopes up for that.
