At times this season I've watched games and wondered what the hell we work on in training. Well today I could see it. It's just a shame the over-hitting crosses strategy didn't work.

52 shots with 22 on target in the last 2 games, and we still can't win. Our defence is shambolic and without JJ, the goals aren't there. Some of those chances that Skipp fluffed in the last 2 games, JJ would've easily buried.

I remember the day at Stoke getting relegated to league 1, it was horrible.

Couldn't care less now. 

League one was great fun for me away days with my son to Hereford ,Cheltenham,Swindon, Plymouth, Bristol Rovers and Yeovil however we were head and shoulders above every team in that league then, not sure that will be the case this time round!

The Wednesday have won 1 game all season, had lost all of their games bar one since January 1st, conceded 81 goals before today. Daka just came off a brace for us.

 

Yes, I was one of those who expected us to win this comfortably.

But just when you think this team can't embarrass itself any more, it does just that.

Nothing wrong to be playing them, because deserve to. We shouldn’t disrespect teams in league 1 or any other division. This  been a problem for us as fans and the players too.

Sadly this is all you see round the socials. Their keeper this, their keeper that.

 

Our finishing was abysmal. Daka simply cannot strike a football with any conviction. About 4 or 5 other shots straight at him.

Why is it when Ayew comes on for Daka, he seems to perform better, and you wish he'd been on from the start, then the reverse happens in the next game? Must be so frustrating for Rowett. Maybe we need 4-4-****ing-2 and play with two strikers 🤷‍♂️

 

Obviously not enough, but we were unlucky; post, bar, and an inspired keeper. It is what it is. I can't see us getting out of this now, but still got to hope.

We're down. Just hope in taking us down, we see some of our arrogant and overpaid players fade into obscurity like we will. Winks etc should not be able to come back from being part of this downfall.

Nothing short of awful, this team is truly pathetic. I don’t care if the team on -6 points, had an inspired keeper… you ensure you don’t ****ing concede and make the job harder! Joke the lot of them

You don’t turn up to the worst team ever to Grace this division, needing a win, and not being able to muster one up and expect to stay up. 
 

This afternoon just sums up the shit state this club is in. Mark my words, we will be exactly where they are on and off the pitch in 12 months or so. We are well and truly ****ed.

I get that and I feel the same. KP are at fault for the situation we are in, but the players have also let the fans down at one point or another and this combined as created a toxic environment and when we need the players to play for their lives they just can’t do it. I live in hope that we somehow get out of this, but all the stars seem to be going against us, and maybe that’s a sign of direction of travel for us.☹️
