Be typical of this lot to actually win and spoil the booing off and abuse at the end

Be much more typical of them to lose without a whimper

James to show why hes one of the best players in the league and drive us to 3 wins 🏆

It's unlikely he'll be here for League One.

You can’t use cars in football.

not sure on the truth of this but…

What’s the issue?

We have a private memorial anyway

Doing this at the statue is performative in itself

With Top in attendance tonight I really hope the fans give him as much shit as possible. Yeh the players are wank, yeh the manager is wank, but most of this shit lies with the brains above. I hope they tear Top and Rudkin a new one.

Top has brought it upon himself, he has created a toxic environment, something only he can remedy, and he simply hasn’t got the capacity or heart to do it, so, what he should have done is walk away after the tragic loss of his father, it would have been the right thing to do for his own welfare, and to allow the club to continue.

I can guarantee conversations about Top would be much different if he had done that.

Good, it was likely just Herlihy getting him to do a photo op with the statue so they could try and get some sympathy anyway.

Having said that, who really knows if he had any hand in actually writing it up?

He went to a statue of his dad and put some flowers down and a fan was walking past and snapped a photo. Thats not performative. Thats him sticking some flowers down for his dad.

If it turns up on Twitter in an hour as a full video and adverts for Chang, its a different story. He is allowed to pay resepects to his dad wherever he wants.

Not bothering tonight, mentally on my arse as it is without wasting time, money and effort on that bunch of wasters. In the words of our manager, "rinse and repeat." 4-2-3-1, Mavididi starting, just had enough of it.

I never hope for my team to lose but I actually want us to tonight so we can be put out of our misery - we're already dead in the water aren't we lets just get it over and done with.

First game I wont be at this season, just hope the crowd give Top and Rudkin what for. "Tops playing polo, we're going bust" for the duration please.

I’m tempted to go just so I can wear my new top like this one…

Like others have said, this is entirely performative.

There is a private memorial and Vichai’s resting place is in Thailand.

Fair play to whoever shouted it, should’ve been more.

This is ridiculous. Not owning up to the mistakes that have led us to this point.

There is absolutely no accountability at this club and you can see that this ambivalence from the senior management trickles all the way down the club to the players. Is it any surprise that the players don't give a shit? Why should they when the ones that employ them don't give a shit either.
