With the bigger squads and more chance to get through the group stages, there’s more opportunity to take a gamble on someone like Saka. If they get through it’s near enough three weeks of recovery he’d have before a knock out game he could make the difference in.

 

Tuchel’s chosen who he has to get the best out of Kane, particularly the likes of Madueke, Eze etc to run in behind him. I like the fact there is a game plan there rather than just pick the likes of Palmer etc because of games a year or two ago.

Yeah there was. Kicked off near midnight in the end I believe. 

 

There was that rain delayed game at the euros 2 years back too where it sounded like a bomb went off and the referee just instantly went bollocks to it and I think he was the first down the tunnel 🤣

Roy Keane already trying to rustle abit, tournament hasn't even started. We might be better off finishing second in the group, that second KO game in Mexico City, probably against Mexico, will either do the team in energy wise or knock us out there and then. If you want to go far or win it's about preserving energy. Lots of travel, some high altitudes and some high temperatures... unless you're France and your fixtures and likely KO involve NE US cities and then maybe the air conditioned Cowboys stadium in a semi.

Oh no it's raining and the millionaires are scared to play. Oh there's lightning also. NFL games have been on under worse conditions for decades. 

"Modern" football and "modern sensitive" people in full force. 

Oh let's not forget it's all about Trump. 

And the Russians. It's their fault.

NFL teams play on artificial surfaces, not waterlogged turf. Not everything is a conspiracy.

This is absolute bollocks. NFL games always get delayed if there’s lightning in the area.
