I heard Emile Heskey owns part of Good Friends or Hong Kong on Uppingham Road.

Surely he’s got a few quid to chuck into the mix and lead a takeover bid…?

Unpaid taxes 200k fine, you could work for the club with these sort of suggestions 👀

Maybe more short term buy, buy the club for like a four year project then sell it at an handsome profit in years to come when the club is in more of an attractive position.

Think any good buisnessman can see the club is worth more than £200million. So buy now think later to some.

Just as long as they are willing to invest enough to get us to the premier league.

This stuff with the Lal guy whose been talking to the media - sounds dodgy AF. He's worth only £2m and claims to have a consortia behind him? I'm not buying it. Sounds like some dodgy nonsense. Can we have an American or Saudi billionaire please lol

Why would you buy now when you can wait for us to go into administration if we fail to go up and get us at a vastly reduced price?

Similarly if you are KP surely you gamble on promotion in order to get a better price? Unless you have no money left to prop up the club for even one more season….

Because the rebuild will be much bigger if we get a massive points deduction and go down to league 2. Thing is with football, there is no guarantee anyone brings in the the right managers and players.

Lal's also very clear about using us as a stepping stone to land a bigger fish elsewhere.

But it's highly doubtful that he'd fit the profile most fans at Ibrox would want.

Mind you, ANY American or Saudi tycoon would be extremely dodgy by definition.

Or have we forgotten the Mandaric error pre-King Power?

Because the club is effectively dead and worthless if administration happens a minimum of 12 points deduction applied with more points deductions possible,

unless a buyer is found very quickly if the club does enter administration then a fire sale of all sellable assets including stadium and training ground just to keep the club running is more likely then not, entering administration doesn’t make the club a more attractive option it actually makes it a less appealing investment

Recent reports do seem abit far fetched. If he’s only worth 2 million he’ll have a tiny stake in it.

Knowing how incompetent our board are they’ve probably accidentally advertised the club for sale for £240……..

I think, reading between the lines, the club needs to be sold by the end of this season/start of next season.

This process (acceleration) that we are now seeing, is to ensure this timeline is achieved.

None of the news we are hearing improves Tops negotiating position. Everything points to him having to take a vastly reduced offer. Anything north of £100 million id be enormously surprised, but a lot of the talk around sounds to me like positioning.

I imagine the message has come from within the King power group. I imagine that they’ve been told within that they’ve got to sell the club because they can’t afford to run it beyond this season.

Bristol City are in final stages of selling 40% of the club to an unnamed betting company. Probably the sort of owners that we can expect unfortunately.

I don’t think any player trading can take place whilst the club is being bought as this affects the valuation, so I wonder if any serious potential investors are waiting for the transfer window to close, then negotiate a deal?

Can they buy us and rangers? Ain't there some rules or is that in same country type? Don't like the sound of us being a 2nd team to someone

Officially Leuven are ahead of us in league standard, so we already are.

Sounds like an Indian consortium is interested. Good opportunity for marketing in India and bringing more Leicester locals to the ground. Could really be a selling point.

Just talk no details of any buyers
