Was a good corner from which we scored. Piper seemed to think Thomas had spent the summer working on his dead all delivery. Makes a change us being a threat from corners.

I just cannot bring myself to force a rivalry with little Notts County of all people - they'll be well up for it and smash us 3-1

How do you know he is better than Burns? And I would argue that Braybrook was our best player in pre season. But it’s about opinions

I'm not convinced that burns is better than Alves, and Alves was good all preseason and one of maybe 3 players who looked decent on Saturday. dropping him when burns hasn't done anything to justify replacing him is basically saying that we won't play our academy players unless we have no other options, in which case they might as well all just leave and mothball the club rather than getting rid of anything the fans can connect with in order to provide ****s like Bobby Reid with a cushty retirement

Notts County have about sold out. I know a fair few Leicester have tickets in their end. 

 

Hopefully we get off to a good start and get a win.

Still can't believe I'm going to Meadow Lane for a league fixture. Going to be weird/awful passing City Ground knowing they are two leagues above us.

 

Anyway, solid win. Off to a flying start. First of many. Win the league. Up the Foxes.

 

Found my League One shirts at the weekend so might have it on. Inspiration from Topps Tiles.

I think we’ll know what we’re about after this game. We seriously need to get off to a good start and build momentum early.

 

Main concern is mistakes playing out from the back. I don't trust Thomas, Okoli or Souttar to do it without f*cking it up, not even at league one level

15 players out, 5 in without including loans, it could take us time to settle.

Premier league Forest will be Championship Forest next season along with Coventry and Hull.
