fox_favourite Posted 24 August Posted 24 August (edited) I've made up that RM wants to sell as Page has a crush on his wife. I mean, he is 18 Edited 24 August by fox_favourite
honeybradger Posted 24 August Posted 24 August If you want to play possession football then you must play your most technical midfielders. If Pep Guardiola was our manager Braybrooke and Page would be the first two names on the team sheet. Martin is just a clueless and poor imitation. 4

Liam Cullen is the biggest nothing player ever but we all knew that before he even signed 6

For his limitations Hamza will actually at least try and put his foot in. I do, and tbh I don’t hate Choudhury as an option, thought he was alright on the weekend. My post was more two separate points, I think he sees Choudhury as the primary back up for Braybrooke and I also think it’d be insane to sell Page 1

He did also have a monster in Rodri, who could also play, he still liked steel in his side. Unfortunately some who is physical and technical isn’t in our price range. Edited 24 August by coolhandfox

If Martin wants steel then you don't play Cullen who floats round the pitch like a fairy. 2

A bit like Maddison and Tieleman benefited from with Ndidi. Edited 24 August by coolhandfox

I really hope Martin doesn’t do that thing you sometimes see when a new manager signs a player he’s previously worked with, then stubbornly continues to pick that player no matter what even when there are clearly better alternatives in the squad. Please do that with Cullen, Russell. Edited 24 August by ClaphamFox 3

I’d rather play Choudhury (he’s clearly staying) as the anchor than whatever he has been doing in previous games, with Braybrooke and Alves in front of him. 1 1

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 25 August Posted 25 August He got questioned what was meant by defensive style of play and has gone quiet since, don’t buy it personally.
Popular Post UniFox21 Posted 26 August Popular Post Posted 26 August So not particularly active then? 12
Popular Post coolhandfox Posted 26 August Popular Post Posted 26 August Me shagging Sabrina Carpenter is still active once she agrees. 8
Ric Flair Posted 26 August Posted 26 August I just can't see how we keep him, very frustrating. Go get Charlie Webster to cushion the blow. 4
Collymore Posted 26 August Posted 26 August (edited) He looks like he's grown and filled out since last year doesn't he? You never know how youngsters are going to develop physically but he's starting to look like he's got the stature of a proper midfield general. Edited 26 August by Collymore

Everyone has a price. Can't see how we can turn down 15m odd. Hurts more than Monga for me. Webster would be a great signing. Edited 26 August by coolhandfox 2

Webster would be a great signing. Lots of people said £30mil was a good deal for Dewsbury Hall at the time. Now he's a top PL player. With the way Page is developing he could be an important player for getting promoted to the PL in 2-3 years time, that's worth more than £15mil. 1

lanefox Posted 26 August Posted 26 August Much like the Monga deal not necessarily the initial fee we get correct but having sell on fees etc etc must be right for us in the deal 1
