I'd also love to know that hes gotta stick around in L1 where he very much helped us get too... with his antics and thinking he's so much better than he is.

 

Id stick him on the bench all season and give him the last 5mins of every game we are loosing, so he can go and clap the crowd.

Is it really not possible just to do what normal jobs do and build expectations into performance?

 

Even away from the pitch - turn up to training at X time, no leaving before Y. Disciplinary and docked pay otherwise.

We had a phase around the late noughties where we just terminated contracts for fun:

Harry Worley

Carl Cort


Bloated squad or not back then, take whatever the losses are now and be ruthless about who we want around the club.

He's going to end up like the gangly school loser who gets picked last by the captains in PE and then shoved in goal. His ego must be deflating at this point. He either needs to drop his wage demands or sack his agent.

His Ego is his bank account......any other person with a bit of pride would try and get himself playing and back into his national team......but some people don't think like that unfortunately.
