All their opps came from brainfarts, too much of the bozo gene still. They pressed really well in the final quarter of the game, and our central midfield couldn’t cope. 
 

Skipp, Reid, Thomas were disappointing to very poor and Souttar made a stupid mistake for their goal.

 

Alves and Braybrooke were good, Joseph excellent. Okoli defending well too, but passing continues to be a problem.

Luke Thomas never been good enough, and not even at this level.

 

We yet again have started the season with few options in the centre forward area. If Bristric is not up to it we basically don’t have a capable striker in the squad.

 

We gifted them so many chances through our own inadequacies. Have there even been to two central defenders more ill equipped to the play out from the back than Okoki and Souttar?

The only positive is the academy trio that did well, but I can’t see us being promoted on this showing.

Alves, Braybrooke and Jospeh were positive.

 

It was the same couple that let us down, skipp, thomas, reid, okoli.

 

Once again the experienced players let down the youth players.

 

The goal was pathetic.

 

This style cant work without better defenders or more importantly defenders that actually want to be here. Lets hope we sign a couple of defenders and click, but we were lucky today.

Didnt see anything there.to suggest that we will finish above mid table or that we have the amount of threat to dominate teams in this league. 

Not enough quality in any area of the pitch. 

I did love to see braybrooke to alves to joseph for the goal.

 

souttar, skipp, mavididi, bdcr, faes, choudhury all need to be gone asap

Probably could have said it before the game but… only decent performances were JJ, braybrooke and alves … what do they have in common…. We didn’t sign them haha

Absolutely disgusting from the senior players... I understand they werent going to be on the same page yet and firing on all cylinders... but these constant basic errors is unforgivable!! Threw 32 points away last season,, started this one with 2

 

Braybrooke and Joseph outstanding and Alves was solid

 

McCarthy and Skipp mistake after mistake, Okoli not much better.. Souttar was shite, Thomas constantly making the wrong decisions.. ball over the top down the middle at 91 when Watson was free on the wing.. didnt realise Cullen was on the pitch and Burns needs to get up to speed.. Reid useless 

 

Very disappointing.. I expected it to take us 8 to 10 games to be up and running properly so Im not surprised.. but the constant basic mistakes, especially at the back I just dont get it

Last season, we played Charlton away. A team just relegated from the PL against a team just promoted from League One, and you couldn't tell which was which. 

 

Today, a team just relegated from the Championship played a team just promoted from League Two, and you couldn't tell which was which.

It’s just Groundhog Day all the fooking time. Lower the standard of opposition, don’t worry, our players have more gears to drop.

When you think about what we had 5 or 6 years ago it almost seems impossible to be in the situation we are in now.

 

you would have thought a relegation to league one would of somehow pulled the whole club together.  It hasn’t, it’s just falling further apart. 
 

it’s a point today but let’s have it right, we were second best by a mile against a team who will likely finish in the bottom half of the table if not further down than that.
