  1. 1. As the title says. This will lock this before the third game please. Let’s see if our optimism or pessimism is well found

Having seen today’s performance, I would lump big on relegation. We are too passive, this is by design. A weak team, weak mentality, players not good enough to play the way the manager wants. We need at least 6 new players, a proper striker, 2/3 defenders, a left back and probably a box to box midfielder maybe page could do that,

If you were basing it solely on the first two games you'd be choosing relegation. I suspect we'll eventually improve slightly, and I think a closed window will help, but no promotion is on the cards for this shambles.

I mean based on our first 2 games it’s clearly relegation as we have been crap against a newly promoted side and crap and lost at home to another favourite for relegation.

Yeah we might improve and that might well come with a change of manager and approach.

But if you are asking based on those first 2 games, and if that was served up over the next 44 it is nailed on relegation.

Exactly what was said last season. This has got relegation written all over it and I’m surprised the percentage is so low.

I'm 14-20 too. No pace or power in this team and we will be constantly bullied.

No pace

No power

No leaders

No goalscorers

Weak mentality

Same as last season. Recipe for disaster. Baffled as to how we can bring in about 10 players and not fix any of these issues.

Yeh that's fair. I think we're a bigger fish in a smaller pond than last season though, slightly. All the same issues exist though. The rot won't stop until King Power are gone.

I think we'll finish between 6 and 8 which isn't on the choices, but I reckon we sack Martin when it's untenable, and we then make a run for the playoffs, similar to Plymouth last season.

Keep thinking about when Stowell was on WYS talking about how Plymouth tried to play football and got smashed for a few weeks then had to change tactics pretty quickly, thing that worries me is we aren't going to do that are we?

Aside from everything pointed out above (which is all correct), we will get a 12-point deduction for going into administration in January if these charlatans don't **** off out the club.

Things will only continue to get worse. Relegation is nailed on the longer they stay here.

I want to remain optimistic but Burton Albion will be in a relegation battle this season and they’ve just beat us at home.

relegation with Martin, without, maybe mid table

Unless we are sold. Martin here to stay can’t afford to sack him

This. I’m off to the bookies when I get home. Currently 33/1 to be relegated. The odds are only going to get worse.
