Rehan's got his bowling average down to 36 now.

His current total of 13 wickets, are the best match bowling figures for Leicestershire ever, beating Haydon Smith's 12-69 in 1938 at Tunbridge Wells.

Is that right wow. So no bowler before this has ever taken more than 13 in a match. Obviously it’s some return but still surprised sometime somewhere nobody has like done it. Brilliant week for the lad.

They were talking about 14 wickets taken by a 'Dick Power' back in the 1800s on comms...

It's Dick Pougher they are talking about and he did get 14 wickets in a match in 1894. However, I am reading that statistical records for the first class game begin in 1895.

My goodness, that Robbie Joseph game against Glamorgan. What a time to be alive. Don’t think he took another wicket for us.

Yes, thought he was going to be amazing. Sheriyar on that list as well, another flash in the pan. Taking 10 wickets against Young Australia, including Hayden, Langer, Ponting, Law and Gilchrist!

Just look at some of the 'Young' Australian scalps Alamgir Sheriyar captured on his way to 10-85 - Matthew Elliott, Matthew Hayden, Justin Langer, Ricky Ponting, Stuart Law, Adam Gilchrist........

You read my mind! Careers went in different directions, though Sheriyar had quite a decent post-leics career.

Sure they'll get there but this is why I'd always enforce the follow on. Just gives you a bit more of a chance to force the win

Pitch was doing all sorts on days 2 and 3- I certainly wasn't expecting it to flatten out like this
