dandannieldanok Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Please correct me as I will probably be wrong, but hasn't he already signed for Southampton for the fee of 680,000.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Please correct me as I will probably be wrong, but hasn't he already signed for Southampton for the fee of 680,000. Doesn't seem to be official, just a link on the Troyes website saying they've agreed that fee. Nothing about Saganowski agreeing terms or anything. The Saints fans must be getting concerned at the lack of official confirmation.
Solihullfox Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 I presume he means Hume, but despite not seeing a great deal of this Saganowski bloke Im pretty sure he's a better player ! But he does have a bit of a point. If he does sign, where will this leave Hume ? because surely it will give the team more balance with a big man small man combination, i.e Cort winning the flick on's with a smaller busier type of player picking up the loose balls etc. Maybe a front three with Hume and Saganowski playing either side of Cort. Sexual ! I think Hume is going to be played just behind two strickers or right/wide right midfield which is a role he played most often when at Tranmere. Martin Allen has to have an awful lot of midfield options up his sleeve transfer wise (or we are in trouble) and it makes sense that there have been so few midfield rumours if he has Humey marked out for a different role next season, meaning he has one less midfield player to find.

Just what I predicted and what I was wishing for... Thing is, does Hume want to play in that role? He told me he sees himself as a pure striker, which I think is a bit deluded.
