Strange day. Come home after the footy to find the ex just starting to move out. I was hoping shed have done whilst i was out. So i went to bed to be woken by mum and dad knocking on the door. Beat em at scrabble and watched about half hour of x factor with them

Then went round my exes sisters house for drinks with her fella and her brother. At least there's no hard feelings there.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news chap, but in my opinion the best thing is to 'break up' with the family too - at least for a while until your over the ex. It's not healthy to try and cling on to any part of that period of your life that is now over and also it's not going to impress any new ladies in your life either.

Disclaimer: unless the new woman in your life is the exes sister in which case pile on in there! Don't worry about her fella and brother, I'm sure you can take them!
