On a clear day you can see as far as Sunderland.

But last time we were there, the clouds were so low we could barely see the pitch.

We'll see :P

Apparently from the top of that stand you get a decent view of the city.

''For the 2008/09 season away fans have been relocated from the North West corner of the top tier to the very far side of the Sir John Hall Stand.''

That means if it's the same for this season, we won't be in the corner.

EDIT: My point is that you don't know whether it'll be the same for the 2009/10 season or not.

As annoying as it can be, without them we would lose a chunk of monies

Football is a much worse game for all the money.

Jeez, they got any lifts lol

Yes, and the last time we went, they didn't tell Citeh that if you wanted to use the lifts you needed to have applied for a permit. The jobsworths overseeing the whole operation wouldn't let any of our elderly fans use the lifts, making them walk the stairs (regular awayers will probably know the people I mean, and will probably imagine the reaction that happened at SJP!!).

The rumour going round at the Bentley's roof game on sunday was that Tigers have been given the boxing day fixture over us. Absolute joke if it's true!!

Posted

Seeing as we have a game on the 26th and another on the 28th, I can't see our game being moved.

Just been on the Tigers site, and their game against London Irish is on the Sunday. So that should be a good weekend away! ;)

Queens Park Rangers fixture against Leicester City has been chosen by Sky Sports for live transmission with the date subsequently changing.

The fixture will now take place on Friday October 30 at 7:45pm, a day earlier than previously advertised.

The R`s will hope for a similar result from when the Foxes last visited Loftus Road back on New Years Day 2008, with Ian Holloway`s men defeated 3-1.

Queens Park Rangers have been the recent subject of interest from the major television channels with the BBC opting to televise Rangers clash against Derby County at Pride Park the Saturday before (October 24).

I feared this would happen. Palace on a Tuesday night, and now QPR on a Friday night.

At least I can make a weekend in London out of it.

A Friday night isn't too bad. Apart from the mad rush to get there after work, a night out in town is still on the cards.

So much for a Saturday London away day then...

QPR Vital team seem to be on the ball.:P

FFS, I am already getting pissed off with TV games, and the sodding season hasn't even started yet.

I'm already getting pissed off about people moaning about fixture changes.

it was inevitable that there would be changes. Sky and BBC aren't going to keep fixtures as they are just to keep fans of one club happy.

Another one? Are they expecting us to do well in the championship or something?

Obviously not as our televised win ratio is not that good.

Got a mate that lives down in ealing. Should be a top night.

I do apologise if I actually get off my arse to support the team, and I do apologise for not accepting any inconvenience that comes my way, I mean, it's not like I'm the one putting any effort into following my team.
