I posted what I did 1,000,000 pages ago because I never thought for a moment he'd be interested and it looks as though I didn't jump the gun after all. Let's move on and focus on bringing in players who actually want to be here in the January sales.

He was with Walsh, Elliott, Muzz etc and he told me it would be happening on either wed/thurs because Davids was doing some work for an overseas charity over the weekend. He said MM wanted it to be quite a big unveilling (for publicity and cash in the till obviously) He didn't seem to withold it being a big secret but it was about 12am and he had sunk a few peroni's by then. he's a smoker aswell the dirty old man, don't know how he manages that run. ake it as you wish but I haven't wasted 5 mins of my time typing all that for nothing

Having had contact with some of my colleagues up there today, there has been word spreading that Davids had been in talks with Burnley and also Hull. It looks like a classic case using our publicity to engineer a move to a Premier League Club. Unfortunately it appears this is not going to happen.
