Fryatt

Yeah but that fee was around £4m, probably not what Fryatt would potentially go for. Martinez is trying to offload 5 or 6 players in January anyway apparently, so I can't see money being too much of an issue should he achieve this.

You all need to stop shitting yourselves.

Fryatt is going nowhere and deep down you all know it.

Stop trying to get mileage out of this thread and search for some decent rumours.

Fryatt is going NOWHERE I tell you!

Will my 2 posts get ME any credit on the 31st? (Hope so!)

On a serious note, it definitely depends on the player, there's a good chance Wigan will be relegated this season, so would he rather have a punt at getting us into the Premier League, and stay for a whole season? Or would he rather Play 5 months in the Premier League and spend next season trying to get back there?

I'd guess, as is the case with the majority of players nowadays, that if they offer him the right wages, he'll go! Hopefully he won't though.

I'm sure someone's covered this already on this topic, but I'm just trying to contribute!!

Oh I see, i'm new to Foxes Talk so therefore you all know more about City than me.

I will come back on the 31st Jan and give you an I told you so you smug idiot.

It's fans like you that drive players away. We've a small club mentality amongst our fans where the second any rumour about one of our players comes about, the fans immediately start filling their trousers with shit.

Fryatt WILL NOT leave. Take it to the bank, stick it in your account, get the money out, buy a pack of chewing gum, come and find me and i'll show you how to chew it.

People have got to stop thinking that Fryatt won't move because Wigan might get relegated. For a start they might not get relegated and we might not get promoted.

The only thing that is certain is that if he does move he'll get a massive pay rise.

That's not saying that he is going to leave ,I don't know, but neither does anybody else on here.

Would you rather try for Promotion then secure a place in a Premier League team should you fail? Or would you rather join that Premier League team early, where, lets face it, you'd be battling for survival.

:D Definitely cos all Prem and Championship chairman are Masons. So even though it's not a conspiracy they are still behind it!

What even Sheikh Mansour?

There's no guarantee another team would come him for him at the end of the season though should he stay and we fail to get promotion. He could get injured or not score another goal and be left wondering if only!!

That said I don't think it would be an easy decision for him. He's very happy here, highlighted by the fact he signed a new contract last year when he could have walked away for almost nothing at the end of it. He has also spoken of his high regard for NP and the club.

It's not a small club mentality, it's down to the fact we have little money, a chairman who wants to bring in funds (through selling players), a reported large bid and one of our prized assets involved.

All that added together and no wonder people might question if he'll stay or not.

Me personally?I'd rather earn an extra £5 or 10 k a week.

When and if we get promotion it's extremely likely we'll be battling for survival too.

I guess ultimately it's gonna come down to whether or not Fryatt is looking for a huge payday or not. Good luck to the lad either way, he's done a good job for us in the last season and a bit! If we do sell we've definitely got to buy a decent forward, although it could be a blessing in disguise for our current forwards, finally giving them the chance to step out of Fryatts shadow.

I'm not your mate but I can give you some private English lessons if you like. Then maybe you'll stop missing words out when you're trying to be clever'

First of all, stop trying to use emoticons to cover up for your lack of education and concentrate on what you write.

Secondly, realise that just because I disagree with you and others on the thread, doesn't make you automatically correct and give you free passage to be a moron.

Thirdly, my post wasn't an overreaction. It was a culmination of listening to stupid Leicester fans over the years complain about absolutely everything so that when something does ACTUALLY happen they can say I told you so.

At the minute, Fryatt is enjoying his football, scoring goals and is under contract that he only signed this time last year. He has never expressed a desire to leave despite being critisised by his own fans even during his ridiculously hot streak last year and a bid has not been made, confirmed would be made, or even suggested that it could come in other than by purely speculative newspaper reports putting 2 and 2 together to make 5.

Hope this has cleared up the misunderstanding and let's all look forward to a good performance on Sunday and a goal from Matty.

Can't see the problem if Pearson is prepared to let Fryatt go, even if he has had a good 18 months. The manager might be able to get a better partnership going up front because, in my opinion, Fryatt's style of play doesn't exactly gel with others.

If he's not scoring or the team are up against it he ain't a lot of good to the side, to be honest.

I think Fryatt will stay or maybe be transferred to Wigan or possibly another club , footballs a funny old game. See ,

now how much clearer can you want it ?

ps if there's any free french lessons up for grabs i'd be interested :)

I'll disembark my bowels onto your head if you like.

Logistically speaking, this could be difficult (I am Tor hogne Aaroy).

On a side note, I don't want to see Fryatt leave, and I imagine that Milan would not risk selling our top scorer when we have a half decent chance of attaining his 3 year plan. I can't imagine he is that crazy, even if Fryatt goes through dry spells.
