Unabomber Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 The new shirt looks absolutely fine, not too sure what some people were expecting
MC Prussian Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 no not for me ...horrible...and just looks like many other kits. Fugly: Etymology Blend of fooking and ugly EDIT: And I don't see the male model looking particularly interested, either.

Corky Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Personally I think the kits are better without a sponsor. We could be in for a terrible logo and the club know this so to keep sales high release without the sponsor first but I doubt the sponsors would be happy with that. Agreed. Was a fan of last season's home shirt.
Narborough_fox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Will be getting home and Away, Mum paying for one and me the other. Win, win situation.
Tilley Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Surely you have something better to part with £80 for?
Narborough_fox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Surely you have something better to part with £80 for? Nope. You can't turn down a free shirt, well kinda free.
LoughboroughFox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 As previously stated, "anti-climax" is a under statement, wont be parting with £40 to buy the same shirt, but different supplier, defenetly a lost oppurtunity to gain extra revenue.
goose2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 didnt realise we were keeping the black one as well?? http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~2090129,00.html
Samilktray Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 The new kit looks cheap n tacky. And having last seasons kits with the Burrda logo just looks daft. Much rather have a blue version of fucking Plymouths kit
lcfcjim Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 tbh, i personally couldnt care what the kit looks like, just as long as they win in it
ousefox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 didnt realise we were keeping the black one as well?? http://www.lcfc.com/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~2090129,00.html I didn't realise this either. I wonder which kit will be the one that NEVER gets used next season like we have had previously when we've had 3 kits.
Floating Fox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 'Mount of idiots in this thread is unreal.
Matt Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Sunday league kit. You just stick to your Arsenal shirt.
Guest Bilo Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Not a fan at all. Does this mean we aren't having a sponsor again then? EDIT: Just read we're 'close' to having a new sponsor. One odd thing though. City fans who purchase their shirts in the next two weeks will have the option to have the sponsor applied, by bringing their shirts into the City Megastore in early August. Why? Just why......
smallpauldj Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 surely it should be cheaper without a sponsor its unfinished if you take your shirt to have the sponsor put on i have bad visions of it coming off after a month or two
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 I think it looks alright, actually. The yellow isn't offensive, could maybe look better with some dark trim here and there, but overall, I think that's a decent effort. Hopefully a decent sponsor will improve it a touch, too.
Wymsey Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 Supposed to have a refund for a city shirt that was too big tomorrow. Don't expect it to come in the post due to the crapness of the megastore and its 'policies'.
Tilley Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 You just stick to your Arsenal shirt. Same price yet look at the difference in quality.
C-man Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 I like it. Definitely would buy it if I had any spare dosh. Unfortunate because I won't want it by the time it gets a sponsor
ThorpeAstleyFox Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 This will be the first time in many years that I won't be buying the "new" home shirt - I just have a nagging feeleing that I already have it!
Babylon Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 This will be the first time in many years that I won't be buying the "new" home shirt - I just have a nagging feeleing that I already have it! It's not really meant to be a new home shirt is it, it's a new third kit... that's it. The others have just been amended due to us not longer being with Joma.
lavrentis Posted 12 July 2010 Posted 12 July 2010 This will be the first time in many years that I won't be buying the "new" home shirt - I just have a nagging feeleing that I already have it! I think I prefer the old one.
