If the deal is going to happen it will obviously be kept quiet, so that the price of players we want to buy does not get inflated. In fact if I owned the club and had extra investment money coming in, I would buy the players first and only then release the news. It's called good business sense. It would be stupid to let the fans know we have extra money just because they want to know! Burt gets inside info...

If negotiations are supposed to be kept quiet, parading them around the club shop during opening hours probably wouldnt be the best idea.

I'm just reverting to the fact that Paulo Sousa was a 'guest' at that match and I think that he was a condition of the new investors.

STUHILL Posted 22 July 2010 Posted 22 July 2010 Still seems like a deal is on the cards! Sousa will definitely need money to spend if he thinks we will get promotion within two years! I think we will need to spend a few million or so to pull that off, although this team has potential I guess.
