GringoFoxy Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 After another lack lustre poor display of not being able to pass, looking like they've got lead weights on their feet, and simply giving the ball away too easily to the France, it seems like the nation didnt know it had it so good when Sven was in charge and achieving quarter finals in the major international championships. If/When Capello leaves or is sacked, those bosses of the FA may come running and banging on the door to beg for SGE to come back. Can anyone see much protest from Patriotic fans after-all everyone accepts that the Country's needs should always comes before club. Shouldnt it?
Guest BlueBrett Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 I was thinking the same thing earlier! Frankly though i'd go mental if the FA tried to poach him. They had their chance and they blew it! He's with us now.
Fox You Forest Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Err, no. The national side and the FA can get fucked. (not that their is any chance of it happening)
Collymore Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 When will people start to realise that England isnt one of the top teams in the world anymore? France are far better side than us and it was a fair result on the night and on paper.
J.Lisemore Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Same old boring England. Club before Country.
MattyFromLE Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 It'd help MASSIVELY if English Premiere League teams had a cap on how many foreign players they can start. Arsenal for example; play awesome football - how many that start are English? 2? 3? We need to get the young English players into the big Premiere Leage teams instead of bench warming!
Haylz Lou Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Err, no. The national side and the FA can get fucked. (not that their is any chance of it happening) My thinking exactly.....
ajthefox Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Err, no. The national side and the FA can get fucked. (not that their is any chance of it happening) Couldn't agree with this more, club over country every day of the week.

I really cant figure out if you're taking the piss or being serious...
Guest NGoloMode Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 If we had a fully fit team England and Harry Redknapp was boss to pick the team we would beat France every day of the week.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 What a good manager Sven looks now after McClaren and Capello. How badly treated he was by the English press as well. We are a very lucky club to have such a manager, a very lucky club. At least here, Sven knows his talents are truly appreciated. The FA can get to fvck, not that it's ever going to happen.
davieG Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 England looked like a bunch of park players compared to France and seemingly lack the most basic skills required of a footballer these days. Capello's may be a miserable boring arse but the individual players were just extremely poor.
KFS Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Just got in from Wembley and I agree, the only good part of the game was watching an extremely drunk man steal a frenchmans hat...
z-layrex Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Who gives a shit about our national team we'll never win anything with players like this no matter how good the manager. Capello is a brilliant man SGE could do little better with that lot. LC before England every time anyway.
Wig_Wam_Bam Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 F&@king ****** where's your English pride! Typical of you lot to be all anti England after a loss, we had half of the first team out anyway!

Capello is a brilliant man SGE could do little better with that lot. LC before England every time anyway. Never been able to relate to this really, I've tried to beak it down and understand it over the years but still not properly got my head around it. Wales are shocking but it doesn't stop me watching all our games, wanting desperately for us to do well and being gutted every, single time we balls up.
lestajigs Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Leicester before England any day off the wee,
B52 Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Leicester is going to take the PL-title and FA-cup. Sven is in hunting-mode before he steps down.
MrSpaM Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Reckon Harry Redknapp will be next england manager. Hands off our Sven not like it's gonna happen anyway
The Doctor Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 no - fook off fa. You can have a former manager e.g. Craig Levien if you like (please?) but stay away from sven.
Messi Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 It always has been and always will be, Club before Country!
Trav Le Bleu Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 It'd help MASSIVELY if English Premiere League teams had a cap on how many foreign players they can start. Arsenal for example; play awesome football - how many that start are English? 2? 3? We need to get the young English players into the big Premiere Leage teams instead of bench warming! I never understand this argument. If young English players were good enough, they'd get signed up, whatismore, they'd get signed up by foreign clubs too - mirroring what is happening in this country. The problem is much more grassroots than blaming Premier League teams.
Corky Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Sven really wasn't that bad for England. Delighted he's ours.
