Does anyone know why they have replaced the slightly annoying music with a womans voice repetedly telling us every 8 or so seconds "Please hold, your call will be answered as soon as possible"? Its even more annoying than the crap music they had! <_< I can't understand why its so busy?

I rang bang on 9 for tickets for the home leg against cardiff last season and spent hours on the phone waiting and sorting it out after some stuff went wrong.

I gave up after 20 minutes but sent them an e-mail (still no response) so I am giving them another go now as I have been out working this morning! Still not getting through & the same "please hold" automated request. Very poor service!
