They are quite open to selling him if the right offer comes along, they're simply biding their time and seeing how Shane Long's market value adds up in comparison. How can you demand trust from people when you are posting rumours on a rivals forum Only time will tell - Yes he may sign a new contract, He may not But one thing is for sure, if he did want to stay then he would have signed a contract weeks ago - He's had ample opportunities to do so Personally i think LCFC have moved on from him and are looking at other options now. They're maybe waiting until the very start of the season to tell their fans he signed the contract to make them very happy with this, making them positive about the new season with him.
